Printable Cursive Writing Practice Sheets
Cursive practice works best when children can see letters joined together on proper guidelines. Choose the Dancing Script font for flowing, connected letters, then trace the solid-gray or dotted words and write over them.
Type a name, a favourite word or a short sentence, pick 1–10 lines and print on A4 or US Letter. Every sheet includes a top, middle and base line to help with letter height.
How to Practise Cursive
Start with simple words that use easy joins, such as “sun”, “mum” or your child’s name. Trace slowly, lift the pencil as little as possible and keep letters sitting on the blue base line. Add longer words once the joins feel natural.
